Weekend Highlights at the Big Sheep Outdoor Arena. Horrible Histories with Beans on Toast

The BIG Sheep continue to welcome 'ewe' back with open arms! Their fantastic new socially distanced open air show arena is proving to be a great success with events for the whole family, from toddlers dancing at Jiggy on the Farm, "theatre goers" enjoying performances organised by The Plough Arts Centre and "music lovers" soaking up the sounds of local bands organised by The Palladium Club Bideford. Here is what's happening this weekend.

OUTDOOR THEATRE... Friday 14th August
Horrible Histories present Barmy Britain Open Air Theatre from the West End with The Plough Arts Centre
Horrible Histories: We all want to meet people from history. The trouble is everyone is dead! So Horrible Histories is bringing them live to the stage! Can you beat battling Boudicca? Would you be shaken or stirred by Richard III? Will you lose your heart or head to horrible Henry VIII? Can Parliament survive gunpowder Guy? Would you stand and deliver to dastardly Dick Turpin? Escape the clutches of Burke and Hare and move to the groove with party Queen Victoria!
It’s the horrible history of Britain with the nasty bits left in – to entertain the whole family this summer!
